This page summarises how Kyanbasu handles your data during our beta. We aim to collect the minimum needed to deliver the service.
What we collect
- Account data — email, sign-in method, workspace settings.
- Content you upload — images, prompts, brand assets, projects.
- Usage data — feature events, credit ledger entries, basic analytics.
How we use it
- To operate the editor, AI features and billing.
- To send transactional emails (sign-in, receipts, account notices).
- To improve product quality (aggregated, never sold).
AI processing
Images and prompts you submit to AI features are forwarded to our AI gateway provider for the single purpose of generating your result. Providers do not retain your content to train models.
Storage and security
Your projects are stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security. Access is scoped to your account.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account data at any time by emailing privacy@kyanbasu.app. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and a privacy-friendly analytics cookie.
