Welcome to Kyanbasu. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — this is a plain-language summary intended for general use during our beta. 1. Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe.

2. Your content

You own the images, text and other content you upload. You grant Kyanbasu a limited licence to process that content so we can deliver the service — for example, sending an image to our AI provider to enhance it. We do not use your content to train third-party models.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Kyanbasu to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, including non-consensual likenesses or material that exploits minors.

4. AI output

AI outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing any output before publishing it.

5. Credits and billing

Credits are consumed when AI features run successfully. Failed generations are automatically refunded. Paid plans renew until cancelled.

6. Termination

You can stop using Kyanbasu at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify you of material changes by email or in-product.
